Can anyone explain what the Gladinet Icon / button is my desktop that doesn't do anything, it is not accessible and whilst it appears to be active there is no response.
Orange with white border saying Gladinet Cloud.

Glidnet Icon Image

Thanks

The toolbar is supported to park on your Windows explorer, as a shortcut to the most frequently used Gladinet functions. However, it does has some problem when work with multiple monitors. Is that your case?

Which version of Gladinet are you running, BTW?

Hi there,

Just installed Gladinet Starter 4.0.839.17944 yesterday and have the same problem. I have three screens and the icon sits on the top of my left screen half way between middle and right corner. I wouldn't mind if it would appear when I start Gladinat, but it is also there when the program is not running (I took Gladinet out of the autostart). I am running Win7 32bit. Any idea how to get rid of the icon?

Cheers

Please open Gladinet Management Console. Go to Advanced, Settings Manager. Under Cloud Drive group, set 'Show Gladinet Explorer Menu Bar' to false. Then restart Gladinet.

This icon works for me when I switched from dual monitor to single, but I hope this will work on multiple monitor efficiently next time.
