In certain error cases, there is a need to clear Gladinet cache completely.
. Shut down Gladinet . Go to (XP) C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Gladinet (Vista and Win7) C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Gladinet The folder is hidden. You need to enable Windows Explorer to view hidden files and folders. . Delete the folder cache\ and DirectoryCache\ here. . Restart Gladinet.

There is an option under version 3.2 that optionally deletes the cache upon exit. You can access it thru the Management Console, the Settings option, Settings Manager tab, under Cache.

Hi. Are there any top/usual error messages where Gladinet cache needs to be cleared?
