You must use our new V4 release. In V4, we hit some unresolvable issue with Amazon Cloud Drive. However, you can continue to use V3 to mount Amazon Cloud Drive. Then upgrade to V4.
Sorry about it.

I have the same issue and just downloaded the trial Starter edition 4.0.839.17944. I can't make sense of the reply above. Are you saying I need to uninstall the version 4 and then install version 3 and then upgrade to version 4 again to get access to Amazon Cloud Drive?

Yes, as a workaround

Had the same problem. I fixed it like so: Uninstalled V. 4, installed 3, connected to Amazon Cloud with no problem (couldn't connect to Google Docs), then reinstalled V. 4 as an update (i.e., without uninstalling V. 3). Now I have access to both. Just downloading V. 4 does not allow access to Amazon Cloud, and V. 3 does not allow access to Google docs.

One thing to add to this... be sure to download the latest version 3 release, some of the older version 3 releases also do not support Amazon Cloud. The easiest way is to go to the Gladinet main page, the click on the Trial Vesion download link, then choose the Previous Version link.
I learned this last nigh while on a support call with a great guy named Jerry, he spent a lot of time with me working on an unrelated issue and he fixed this for me as an aside. I couldn't be happier with the support that I am getting from Gladinet, they have really, really impressed me!!
Keep up the good work, Gladinet!

For amazon cloud drive user, here is what you need to do, if you are already on V4. 1. Uninstall V4 2. Reset Gladinet. Here is the instruction. Need to reset when downgrade. http://www.gladinet.com/docs/faq_32.html#reset 3. Download the latest V3.2.799 from the page here. http://www.gladinet.com/c/index.php/gladinet-cloud-desktop-release-history/4. Install 3.2.799 and mount your Amazon Cloud Drive. 5. Upgrade to V4 again.

Is this something that will be fixed in future? I want to buy the pro version, but I only want to do that if I know Amazon Cloud will continue to be supported.

It is removed based on Amazon's request. Sorry.
