Wonder whether there is any change on Skydrive side recently, when a folder has many subfolders. We'll take a look.

Hi,
Do you have an update on this as I have exactly the same problem, Gladinet cannot enumerate a skydrive folder with 188 sub folders, thus cannot update this folder with new files. All other folders (20gb of them) are absolutely fine.

Sorry about it. While we are working on it, please split the big folder to smaller ones.

Any news on an update. As the issue is not yet fixed, I have had to use the Microsoft SkyDrive Desktop Applications for syncing to SkyDrive. It seems to work without any issues on my Documents and Photos folders

I just started experiencing this yesterday. On my PC, I made two new folders and added photos. One was uploaded fine to SkyDrive, the other fails on the folder creation. Using v3.2.912. I am nowhere near 190 sub-folders.

I also have this issue. My Pictures folder has 190 subfolders and no new folders will be created. I'm 5GB under my 20GB limit.
What is the status of this issue?
I'm on 4.0.918.

Same problem.
I was on a old version of gladinet, it could not connect.
I upgrade to 4.0.918, the connection is OK but the upload failed (I far under the 20GB...)

This is just a guess based on my own experience in dealing with the cloud. Gang is the official expert. I'm not. I'm sure he will reply soon Sometimes spaces in file or folder names have caused problems for me, especially when http(s) is the method of transfer. You have many spaces in your folder names. I don't know if accent marks like the accent egu could be a problem. I know there have been problems with some special or international characters.

I got the new plugging but it still do not work (but behaviours different, it tried to put and it takes time, before it fails immediately)
for FranklinWJ, I had spaces and accent befor without problem.
Hope the team will solve ;)

I would advise everyone to check their SkyDrive and see if the photos (that were failing) are there. Mine were, even though I had them listed in the Pending Retry subtasks. If they are on SkyDrive, just delete them from the subtasks and everything will be back to normal operation. Worked for me! :)

It is a good idea to login to Skydrive web interface occasionally.
1. Sometimes Skydrive will ask you to confirm your email/phone number when you login from web. If that's the case, you can't upload anything in Gladinet.
2. Check the skydrive usage from web. One of my account was shrinked to 7G recently. :( When I use it for backup, my backup task failed. I have no idea why until I login to skydrive web and notice I don't have any space now.

I was waiting for a new version but it seems that nothing is moving.
I have still the same problems.
My backup are not working anymore.
I have still 21GB free on my skydrive account but no picture can be updated.
Is the case still open?

Hi,
I have now the same issue, i was able to sync my photos with skydrive (25G) i use only 7G but a lot of pictures are blocked in 'pending retry'
Any news about this problem?
P.S. I just check and i'm surprise, i'm using 64bits version on win7 pro but the program is installed in folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Gladinet\Gladinet Cloud Desktop\
why?
and another STRANGE behaviour, when i open with explorer the folder ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Gladinet\Gladinet Cloud Desktop\" and go up ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Gladinet\") then the folder is empty???

Please tell us your Gladinet version too. Gladinet core is built on x86. Only some required components are built for x64. Thus it is installed under x32. It shouldn't affect the functionality. And the install folder is hidden under Program Files (x86)\Gladinet
