dear support.
I have add 2 sync folder in my gladinet and they seems to put some temp files that doesn't cancel automatically
type 1 files (without extension)
70100100
45C03A00
type 2 (when I open my access db)
Database.mdb

Do you see these files in local folder or in cloud folder?

Feel that these are temp files created by your 3rd party application. While it should be deleted, they got stuck for some reason.
Please delete them manually for now.
Can you pay attention as to when these files got created? Usually it should be when you work on the files in the local folder. We'd like to find out what application is causing the problem.

yes... they were created when use access or excel.
