Hi,
we're currently preparing conceptions for serveral of our customers including cloud based services. Almost all of our customers use a heterogenous infrastructure consisting of Windows PCs, OS X Macs and iOS based mobile devices. So only cloud products with support for OS X (egnyte) will be considered for our conceptions and the quotations resulting from them.
We are very confident that Gladinet have the top performing cloud products available today - but we can't consider them for the above facts :(
Please get Mac/iOS versions ready as soon as possible.
Regards, Chris

Do you mean Amazon Cloud Drive? ACD is not supported on the V4 release.

It is supported in V3. Then pulled out in V4, based on Amazon's request. You can use V3 on Windows, to mount ACD.

Mac should support all other cloud storage Windows version supports in V4, like Google Drive, Skydrive, Amazon S3, etc, etc.

Actually I meant S3. Through the desktop mgmnt console on my server I've synced a number of folders. Through the mac client though, I don't see any of them: Screenshots Thanks. Simon

If you can see the folder in Gladinet Cloud web portal, you should see it in Mac client. We'll take a look at the issue.

Some further detail:
- one of my staff signed in after I did (on a mac) and sees more folders than I do. They don't see any new ones that have been created since they signed in though.
- I've since also set up a google cloud space folder, neither of us see it in our the mac client.
Thanks.

Any news? I'd be happy to be a beta tester.

sorry for the late reply. Do you mean you have attached a google drive in Gladinet cloud web portal and you don't see it in Mac?
And the last post from us is not accurate. Mac client is a thin client. It cannot mount cloud storage itself. You'll have to mount from Gladinet Cloud web portal, then access it in Mac client.

"Do you mean you have attached a google drive in Gladinet cloud web portal and you don't see it in Mac?"
Correct. It seems the mac client won't see anything that didn't exist the first time into which it was logged in - per user. So I logged in just after we created our account, and today I only see the folders that were there at the time, despite having 10s of 1000s of files there now. One of my associates logged in a few days after me on this machine and sees more, but nothing new since that day.
"You'll have to mount from Gladinet Cloud web portal, then access it in Mac client."
How do I do this?

How do I do this? You'll need to login to Gladinet Cloud web portal from your browser and attach the google drive there. Have you done that?

Yes, months ago. Being on a mac I didn't know that is something that can be done through the desktop client.
I'd just like to be able to access the files within it.
I just tried the pc client, it's great, full access to our full data repository (we're syncing our server to s3). The mac client, not so great.

We'll take a look at the issue. Thanks for reporting!
BTW, do you see the S3 mounted in web portal, on the PC client?
