yes, one license is enough. The license is per user, not per machine.

Does this mean that it doesn't have limits on how many machines your account is using?

As long as you are the user to run Gladinet, you can install it on multiple machines. However, if on one machine another user wants to use Gladinet, he/she will need a separate license.
