Please wait,still listing the directory.gof

Getting this message in some directories loging onto rackspace UK cloud files, Any one know a fix.

If I uninstall and reinstall different directories give message "Please wait,still listing the directory.gof"

Any Fix?????????????????

Hi. What version are you currently using? Might as well try the latest or open a support ticket at support@gladinet.com.

This forum is primarily for users to ask questions for Gladinet (Gang) to answer. Not you.

Telling someone to start a support ticket even before having received even one answer from Gang that may well obviate the need for a support ticket is bad advice like most of your overly-frequent, worthlessly generic, and sometimes just plain wrong "advice."

The whole purpose of the forum is to get answers from someone who knows what they're talking about. That's Gang. Not you.

Please let us know your Gladinet version.

can you give us an example of the folder where you see the issue?

Will a refresh of the folder help?
