Great let's begin with box.net.
The problem is: I have 10 GB of data in a folder on my PC (which I set to sync to blox.net account which has fre 50 GB), but when I go online and check the number of files or used space size, I see only 1.8 GB has been uploaded and that too in almost an year I am constantly trying to put all my file in cloud, and because of that only I bought this software, but Gladient has failed me

How do you 'sync' with box.net? Do you mean cloud backup? Or do you use any other tool to upload the files to box.net folder in Gladinet?
1. Please make sure you are running the latest, 3.2.799, as it supports the new box.net interface. 2. Just drag&drop a single file from local to box.net folder in Gladinet. Let's verify the simple upload works.
Once we know the simple upload works, we'll exam why there are files missing in box.net.
BTW, box.net only ran promotion of the 50G free space for couple of months last year, right? Of course, you may have purchased more space from them.

I am using the sync feature of Gladinet but its not working.
And for 50GB, I have a couple of iOS device, so I got that much free when I updated my iOS to iOS5

Yes, that's the right one.
Please login to box.net from your browser first. You may hit captcha. After login, mount your account in Gladinet. If you still see the issue after that, restart Gladinet.
