Do you know how many connections the ftp server supports?

By default, Gladinet opens 5 connections for the download. Can you set it to one? You can modify it in Task Manager, under Task Settings. Change 'Download file in multiple parts' from 5 to 1. Then restart the download.

For the crash, can you upgrade to 2.0.329, the latest tech preview release? If you still see it, please follow the post here, http://www.gladinet.com/forum/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=23, to get call stack for us.

Sorry about the problem!

let a space between the URL and the "," character ,)

yes, the test server refuses resume... but i think you can detect resume function and adjust the multithread with this info ;)

Sorry I don't follow you here. Which URL and which field are you talking about here?

The question here is not resume or not. It is how many simultaneous connections the ftp server supports.

I tried to download the iso file from your server, with 'Download file in multiple parts' set to 1. My network is not that fast but I got the image eventually. It is a Debian Linux CD, right?

it is a public ftp test server, i can use 5 threads in same time with no trouble...

number of download threads = 1
i have 2 sub tasks, my famous image.iso in both,
if i cancel THE ONLY task properly i stop the 2 thread ;)

have you skype, i can share my scren with you ;)

I see the coma (,) issue. Thanks! Just fixed it.

As for the 2 subtasks, where do you see it? On Task Manager Dashboard or on the task details window? Glad to see your screen.
