At the moment i'm working with a business who are using one of your old products - Gladinet Cloud Desktop V3.X Professional Edition - Volume Purchase Order...was ordering if your still able to offer support with this software.

Lets say i did upgrade the software...would i be able to move around folders and reorganize them and they'll still be safe (by using copy and paste)
Because i don't want to upgrade unless i'm certain that reorganizing folders won't delete them or do something to them...

Based on our email exchange, we understand your issue better now. To move folders, the new release still needs to download first, then upload.
