Using Professional Edition 3.2.799.16933

Question:
How do I edit/modify an existing cloud sync folders pair. When I access the Management Console...Cloud Sync, it only shows an "overview" and a link to create a new sync.

How to I edit or delete an *existing* cloud sync setup? Thanks!

If you don't see the cloud sync defined under Cloud Sync in Management Console, you should have no cloud sync folder defined.

You are correct... I discovered I had setup a backup rather than a cloud synch. I think an "overview / summary' panel of all current settings would be a good idea. Too many customers like me are forgetful of what we setup months ago in Gladinet.

Great program....very useful. Thanks.

I'm using the team version.

I definitely have cloud sync set up, but I don't see it in the management console. If I go to a folder that I set it up for and try to set it up again I get the message: "The specified cloud folder has been configured to sync with the local folder".

I have one I'd like to remove (the first one I created when I was trying it out).

Also I'd like to increase the speed of the sync if possible, I have a few hundred gig to send. Also is it possible to stop and restart a sync (other than pausing it)? I significantly trimmed a folder after beginning a sync, yet I noticed that deleted folders are still showing up in my gladinet/amazon storage.

Thank you.

Simon

To provide additional info, this is set up on a sbs 2003 server.

Do I have to start the gladinet app every time I restart the server, or can it run as a service?

In V4, we recommend our user to user two way sync, instead of cloud sync.

Anyway, you can check the cloud sync under Advanced, Cloud Sync, depending on which version of Gladinet you are running. The latest version does consolidate cloud sync with sync.

Gladinet Cloud server runs as a service. It is only for Team Edition users.

Thats another question. Why is it asking me to upgrade to pro when I'm running team?

Killed the service and restarted it. It's not asking anymore.
